The Met Patrons Circle and MetLiveArts, in partnership with AFSMK – American Friends of SMK/The National Gallery of Denmark and EARUNIT present Inside the Met: Mood of the North Douglas Dillon Boardroom, The Met Fifth Avenue Friday, April 14, 2023 at 6:00pm In conjunction with the special exhibition, Beyond the Light: Identity and Place in Nineteenth-Century Danish Art, the celebrated string quartet, American Contemporary Music Ensemble, will perform new works by Danish composers Josefine Opsahl, Ejnar Kanding, and My Beautiful Decay 1973 that interpret the drawings and prints from the exhibition.
