Join us on a musical journey into the captivating universe of the renowned visual artist Alberto Giacometti. On the occasion of the spring's major exhibition Alberto Giacometti – What the Eye Sees, we invite you to a series of concerts that translate the artist's swift strokes and elongated human figures into sound.
This evening, you can immerse yourself in enchanting tones that explore Giacometti's fascinating visual world with a contemporary sound. Experience the award-winning musicians, violinist Kirstine Schneider and pianist Rikke Sandberg, as they perform works by composers Mette Nielsen and Sophia Sagaradze, created specifically for the exhibition.
Before each concert, there will be a short introduction to the exhibition Alberto Giacometti – What the Eye Sees by one of the museum's art communicators. The concert takes place three times throughout the evening on the museum's stage.
